Better handling of crash reports

So I would like there to be only one place for crashes so that you can better classify them and see what commonalities the crashes have. There's no point in having crash reports spread across SEF Discord, Reddit, moddb and GitHub. Many players do not know how to deal with crash reports.
So ideally you could have a database that registers crashes. Alternatively, you could add another button to the "Critical Error" window that leads to Github.

Also you should add another label on GitHub with "Crash" to find crash reports easier.
