`scalaxb-maven-plugin` `1.8.3` is missing

I doesn't look like scalaxb-maven-plugin 1.8.3 was released with scalaxb 1.8.3.

I can see scalaxb 1.8.3 here but I can't find scalaxb-maven-plugin 1.8.3 here on Maven Central.

If there's no issue, could you please release scalaxb-maven-plugin 1.8.3?
