support 'comment-lets' with thumbs up and thumbs down

instead of a big comment block, have a way that each small comment can be recorded. Just a short sentence or snippet. could be combined with the suggestion #16 .

For each comment-let, the user could indicate positive or negative. For example on value prop question currently in the survey:

[thumbs up] Value proposition seems to fit the need that the team described
[thumbs down] the need does not seem to be compelling based on the market data presented

some thought has to be given for how to enter these quickly and efficiently. a small edit box where return enters the comment and then buttons for up or down?

An advantage of commetlets ranked positive and negative; is for the team summary you could group the positive and negative comments.
