I think that the community will benefit greatly from screenshots/GIFs or even a demo instance.
That way people will know what the product is like and if they would like to even try it.

Actually, there already is https://demo.edtr.io (and https://storybook.edtr.io). Going to add that to the README and find a better place for it at the landing page.
