Feature description: Add posibility to add permanent notification on Android like service and that notificacion can be updated

I would love to have this feature,
Use case: (Trading App)
Remind the user to check for updated status of his/her account on everyday at 9:00 am.

Action: Notification appears,
User clicks on the notifications, app opens and takes him/her to account status (balances) view.

I am in need of something similar in functionality. Have you found any solution to this?
