Update footer info

Currently footer says, for example, Payer: xe_127e 10000 XE

It'd be useful to say Payer: xe_127e Balance: 10,000 XE Required: 10,000 XE etc.

• Commas in the number
• Balance & amount required for the current draw while creating a new draw
