Pending transaction errors on gap between processing & indexing

When a transaction is processing, the page correctly shows this, but then when it is processed, it disappears from the pending tx list on the blockchain, but before it has been indexed (which can take up to a minute though usually quicker) the page refreshes and it says transaction not found, and this never then loads the processed transaction.
