Remove self-referential links

Take https://xe.network/wallet/xe_ed9e6eE919cc42D105526958032bbAcc086E814d for example — if a link to a wallet is to the same wallet that is being viewed, it shouldn't be a link. Same for transactions.
Blocks are slightly different though, as there can be hashes and heights. So if you're viewing block 2312, then you should be able to click the block hash, but not the height. Then, once on the block page via the hash, you should then be able to click the block height.
