Network map

The network page (#111) will have a map added that will display the location of all nodes on the network. It will be a dark theme map (see some design ideas below), and nodes will be displayed on the map using lat and long.
This map may be added to the Overview page, but this is tbc.
It might also be a good idea to add to individual node page and highlight that node.
First mock of map has been done, however I am working on a second version that doesn't use google geoChart, as this offers little flexibility.
