issue with randomizing after picking a certain scenario.

when you pick a naked colonist start and then randomize a character with prepare carefully it gives them cloths. having to manually rid characters of those cloths feel like an oversight. the chosen scenario restrictions should not be overridden by the randomize button only by manually changing stuff.
Going through and closing old issues that are probably no longer relevant.
