Errors when creating faction pawn with titles

When adding a faction pawn from the Shattered Empire faction, titles are added to that pawn, but those titles don't refer to a valid faction. This causes errors to be logged when creating the pawn and when hovering over the title label in gameplay.
Fixed with 1.1.4
