impossible to create a taxonomic group

while wanting to create Amphinema (http://www.marinespecies.org/aphia.php?p=taxdetails&id=117178) while there is already an Amphinema -fungi- (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amphinema).
Ecotaxa server don't allow me to create it (pretending that it already exists (while this is a totally different thing... a fungi). I believe that it is a feature to not allow to duplicate taxa at different taxonomic levels, and in it present state is is pretty blocking (I created the taxa as a morphologic one instead) and should be replaced by a warning
