[CR0016] Add all missing metadata tags in the contract metadata

Description
Add all missing metadata tags in the contract metadata.
Name particularly must be added.
On token metadata shall be changed too. The author shall be in this form:
"The author "EcoMint LTD" has a wrong format, it should look like Print Name ."
