Ecflow now has a RepeatDateTime node attribute that we should add to pyflow. See https://github.com/ecmwf/ecflow/blob/d29785275f444f0ca51bfc21a9252606653924ab/libs/pyext/src/ecflow/python/ExportNode.cpp#L261
