NPM publishing

How are changes in this repo getting published to NPM? There seem to be many recent bug fixes but the latest module on NPM is from 3 years ago.
The currently published npm package throws security vulnerabilities, so we cannot use 3.2.2 from https://www.npmjs.com/package/sparkplug-client
Also, since the code is hosted in a git subfolder, I cannot even tell npm to use the git repo instead of the npm repo.
Please please bump the version to 3.2.3 and publish it to npm.
