How does an update of extension work ?

i can't get around on how to publish an update from one version to new version.
Hey @lyznne, the only requirement for a new version in Open VSX is to update the version field in the extension manifest (i.e. the package.json file). After that is updated and the extension packaged, it should be possible to publish the new version. Please let me know if you have further troubles
