Unreadable aasx files on v3

Some files on v3.admin-shell-io.com cannot be read by strict tools e.g. aas-api-python-client.

Mostly non-conformant to Constraint AASd-002: The id_short must contain only letters, digits and underscore.

Server is lenient and ignores the constraint.
