[FEATURE] Move all leaderboards to single endpoint

Make the /leaderboard endpoint compatable with each type of leaderboard possible.
- normal - accounts by any stat
- guild - guilds by any stat
- gmember - guild members by some stats
- mini walls - filtered miniwalls stats
- old - accounts from a previous snapshot by any stat
