Error in FF 12.0

Hey,
I was looking at a site, and although the container was the width of the website (approx 900px), the actual map was less than a third of that while the rest was blank white space.
I was looking at it in Firefox 12 on Windows 7.
I checked it in chrome, and it worked as it was supposed to, the map filled the entire page.
I double checked it on the original polymaps site and every example had the same issue when viewed with firefox.
