Can't see camera from Roku

I have rokuphp running, and I've added my camera's RTSP connection to it. I've even gone so far as to stream the feed on Youtube, and that all works fine.
When I try to add it from the UI on the Roku, it can't find it. I put in the IP, name, and PW for the rokuphp machine
Is there a manual config I should be trying? What should the MPEG URL be?
