No self-harm with !slap

At present,
<microamp> !slap gerri
gerri roundhouse kicks gerri
But gerri shouldn't harm herself. Would it make more sense if it was
gerri pwns microamp
instead? Similar to how phenny does it.
Enhancements:
- No-self harm.
- Slaps the caller when no nick is provided.
