AI is messed up

Somehow the AI held object locations are messed up. Additionally, the playback of the animations are way to fast for the locomotion animations.
#474 will fix this issue.
tested and its working well, really nice fix, this was driving me nuts and I couldn't fix it. #474 will fix this issue.
Just picked this into dev branch for upcoming release. Closing, and thanks for the contribution!
