Toolbar popup view takes ~2 seconds to show up

Bug
I'm not sure it's just this version but the popup view is slightly delayed compared to previous versions. I am sure it's not an issue with loading my saved tabs because I don't have that many at the moment.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- macOS Catalina 10.15.6
- Safari 13.1.2
Update: for some reason it started to load normally, must've been an issue on my end. Closing this thread.
