[Feature/Enhancement] Default Directory Setting

Enhancement / feature description:

Right now mindforge (on macos at least) always opens up on the home directory.
That means if you choose to open a new repo or create a new repo you always start at the home directory.

If you instead have all of your repos in another directory (such as dropbox or google drive) you always have to
navigate to the correct directory.

It would be nice if their was a 'default directory' option in the preferences so you could set where the Open or New dialog
start for their directories.
