Setting default template to 'default' throws error

If config_local is used to change the default template to 'default' an error is thrown about an unexpected token =>
in a non existent line in config_local.php.
Changed default back to bootstrap2 for now but it looks bad on Kindle eInk devices.
For some reason, after changing this back to 'default' the issue has gone away.
