'Sign-in options' does not work in 'Accounts' - Settings

Attempting to click on the 'Sign-in options' causes the Settings app to freeze. Produced on the latest Win 11 Enterprise Insider build, I will reproduce it again on another install.

Fixed by restoring default services & drivers, simple trial and error will show which service or driver should be enabled.
