Bluetooth settings do not work

In the Settings application, if you click on 'Bluetooth' it crashes. I can confirm that Bluetooth works, but it does crash in the Settings app. This could be caused by a disabled service, but I do have Bluetooth enabled with the script. Reproduced on the latest Windows 11 Enterprise Insider build.

Not sure what causes this, I will probably just do trial and error to test.
