Problem to select Raspotify via Spotify connect

Hi,
I can't select raspotify (raspberrypi) in spotify. It says: this can't play at the moment.
I am using a new Raspberry 4B 4gb and a Hifiberry DAC2 HD soundcard.
Can someone may help? Thanks a lot!
Do you have a Spotify premium account?
This question or issue can probably be easily answered or resolved by reading the docs/wiki.
