MITgcm: Kelvin Wave Incident on a Corrugated Shelf

  1. Clone this repository: 
    git clone git@github.com:dswinters/MITgcm-KWICS.git
  2. Edit setup/gendata_params.m to specify topographic wavelengths
  3. Run setup/gendata_all.m to generate run directories
  4. Run setup/build_kwics.sh to build all executables
  5. Run setup/run_all.sh to run all simulations
