Currency conversion rate always empty in new transaction

I downloaded the conversion rates for the currency combinations I'm using. But for some reason, every time I add a new transaction and select a currency different from the current account, the exchange rate is empty. Would be nice to have this field completed with the conversion rate entered in the settings so I do not have to remember oder press the download the rate for every transaction
