Request: Yearly and Geeky Recur options for Budget

As of now, Budgets have only Monthly and Weekly options for Recur. But there are a lot of scenarios where a Yearly Recur makes sense such as a yearly payment for insurance premiums. Also, there could be a Geeky option to allow maximum customization of the Recur functionality in Budgets. Moreover, since it's available for Scheduled transactions, I don't see why it shouldn't be available to Budgets as well.
