BREAKING CHANGE: xDnsRecord: Remove resource

There are now separate resources that covers the functionality for the resource xDnsRecord (see https://github.com/dsccommunity/xDnsServer/projects/1). So suggest that we remove the resource when we rename the module to DnsServerDsc.
This is dependent on issue #220 was resolved in a prior release.
Waiting on issue #220.
