I have found your article in the internet where it says that you have added a cil backend.
Where is the code?

I can't recall if Microsoft released that back end, but Dave should know, so I'm cc-ing him to answer.

I second this question; is there any news on it?

If you still want to play with C code compiled for MSIL (.Net) the OrangeC compiler has a back-end to generate MSIL code from C code: https://github.com/LADSoft/OrangeC
