Extension Not Working At All

I just installed the extension for my vs code and it's not working at all, none of the settings i'm trying to apply are being applied, i even tried installing the vs code system setup but it's still not working at all
It's working now and i dont know why honestly maybe it's because i installed it after i installed vscode animations(that sounds daft i know but that's the only different thing i did), Thank you for the amazing extension btw
