Add support to SaaS region gcp-us-west to agent deploy lab script (app.us4.sysdig.com)

The agent provisioning script that deploys the sysdig-agent to the k3s cluster in our labs needs support for region gcp-us-west (collector endpoint app.us4.sysdig.com) adding.
Currently the script supports AWS east and west regions in the US only.
The trial account registration page now defaults to this region, and users are unable to use their trial accounts registered on this region with any lab in question deploying an agent.
