Add support for metric aliases

Currently, the grafana plugin exposes metrics for display with names that are the metric name. However, when trying to show different expressions of the same metric (such as with different filters, scopes, etc) it creates confusion as the same name is not helpful. It would be nice if the grafana plugin included a way to create aliases.
