I now encounter a bug when testing select_most_5p_tx_1. This seems to be due to call to select_transcript(type=3). The error is erratic.
$ gtftk get_example -d simple_04 | gtftk select_most_5p_tx
Segmentation fault: 11
fixed in 2714b90
