no id3tags and playback starts about 0,5 seconds too late

I have two problems with Nitrogen on my S100 China Radio.
When I choose a title, it starts not with the beginning, but skips about 0,5 seconds of the beginning. I also don't get id3tags, no matter if I use id3V1 or id3V2.3
The strange thing is: When I test the same nitrogen player binary in the Roadrover S100 emulator (WinCE under XP), those problems don't appear.
Is this a known problem? Any idea?
Is there a library missing in the S100 Windows system?
