after rewrite the tool suggests to add more examples for the same form

it should skip the form automatically once a usage example has been accepted and uploaded
still happens. maybe having a set of forms already handled would help?
it seems to be so because some forms have exactly the same representation but different grammatical features.
we should show the form ID also to avoid confusion.
this is now fixed, the whole context is now shown
