Fix documentation on readthedocs

For some reason, when building locally, documentation is shown correctly. However, in readthedocs TTR documentation is missing.
Fixed, the problem was that we added spacy type hints on sources. And thus, when ran on readthedocs it would not find the module. It is weird that it didn't error out.
