The project is organised into several directories.
- code contains the source code for the simulations
- instructions contains documents given by the instructors
- report contains the sources files for the report
- results contains data files from the simulations and analysis code
- videos contains videos of the gaits used in the gait analysis
Note: only the "code" directory, and datafiles and scripts in "results" are synchronised with github, due to their storage limitations. No images or videos are included.
