Multiple editing tab for same function/verb

The editor doesn't check whether there's already a tab for some verb/function, and therefore opens a new one each times the verb/function is selected for editing.
It should rather refresh the existing opened tab. Rather a convenience feature that an actual bug, but that's sometimes unfortunate when you have lots of tabs opened (with name shortened) and end up not knowing which is the last edited and saved one.
