Options filter field does not find the word filter

Description
If you go into Options and you use the filter field located at the bottom to find specific items in Options, if you actually type in the word “filter” it does not show the “Quick Search/Filter” section.
I know that the field does not find category names but the word “filter” is used in the following Option within this category and still does not show up as a result.
“Hide filter panel when not focused”
Should this work, or does the filtering work a little differently.
Just thought I would point this out just in case.
