Frappe has an error that prevents URL attachments from being included in emails.

It is necessary to overcome this obstacle to include in the emails links to files previously stored in Nextcloud

The product owner changes the objective of this functional improvement.

The use case is:

  • Recipients of emails sent from Frappe will not always be Nextcloud users
  • The creation of public access to files in Nextcloud is rejected

Instead of including URL in the email, the files downloaded from Nextcloud will be included as attachments to the email.
