Wrong usage of the subscription_addresslist function

The discussion plugin uses the subscription_addresslist() function with wrong parameters, thus subscribers will never be notified. For correct usage see e.g. dokufreaks/plugin-discussion@45ae595.
Has been fixed in bf7ed9a.
