Write samples for FastEndpoints

This library is worth supporting
Hi @dodyg, would love to work on this!
- Add a folder called fast-endpoints.
- Add a readme in this folder. Link all the samples for fast-endpoints in this readme.
- Add an entry at the main
/readme.mdto this folder and start the sample count. Increment the main readme sample count whenever you add a sample. - Make sure there is a readme in every sample.
- Try to keep everything in just one file, e.g.
program.cs. - Keep the sample as simple and small as possible.

Yes
