Host Pokedex API on Azure

We should host this on Azure free account https://github.com/dodyg/practical-aspnetcore/tree/net5.0/projects/net6/minimal-api-pokedex so it can be used with other samples.
I applied for Azure Credits for OSS https://opensource.microsoft.com/azure-credits#credits-apply
@dodyg cool. let me know when you get access to a subscription. I will see if i can create a github action to deploy. Or i can create a Azure DevOps repo just for CI/CD and deploy from there (i prefer Azure DevOps over GH actions :) )
I will let you know. They say expect 3 - 4 weeks for a decision. I hope we got it. It will be fun to have a permanent end point that some samples can rely on.

Just a follow up update I haven't received the credits yet. Still working on it with Azure folks. They said they've transferred it but I haven't seen it on my console.
