Height/width settings seem to be ignored

Height/width settings sent to the oEmbed endpoint are picked up by the endpoint and added to the endpoint's height/width response, but are not included in the options hash in the generated rich embed markup.
The culprit is documentcloud/documentcloud#347
Platform fixed.
