Currently, the application is pretty much in an "experimental" state, and usage may lead to getting burnt real quick.

We'll need documentation on how maintainers are supposed to behave, specifically in regards to milestone handling.

As it currently stands, the tool is intelligent enough to stop if not all milestone issues are closed, but that's pretty much it for now.

@doctrine/doctrinecore please check the README and see if the proposed workflow is acceptable for all repositories in the organisation so far.

I'm gonna use this only on a test repository until we have consensus about the branching model, and the current implementation as of #1 proposes maintenance branches being pushed into development branches..
