Top navigation bar disappears

Bug Report
"loadNavbar: true" is added to "index.html", the ".nojekyll" file is also added, and "_navbar.md" also exists in the "docs" directory, but the top navigation bar does not appear.

I can see the nav tag after checking the console. Is it a browser problem?
